What you will be doing 

As a Commerce Advisor at Avensia, you will play a crucial role from the very start of our client partnerships and throughout the customer life cycle. You’ll be actively involved in initial sales meetings, as well as the scoping and conceptualization of delivery. Your CX-expertise will guide clients through their internal transformation efforts, offering strategic and operational support throughout our collaboration. In many ways, you’ll serve as the client’s “extended arm,” helping them achieve continuous improvement and leverage of their existing and new solutions.

Who are you

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Extensive experience from the client side and/or similar consulting positions.
• Either broad experience with the ability to work both strategically and tactically within commerce, customer experience, customer journeys, CRM and martech, or deep expertise in specific areas and relevant applications within the field.
• A genuine interest in modern commerce, including its trends and developments.
• A solid technical understanding of the domain, enabling you to assess solutions, customer journeys, and data flows from a commercial perspective.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both client teams and internal cross-functional teams at Avensia.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish or Norwegian.

Previous experience with systems such as Commercetools, Voyado, Optimizely, Contentsquare, Talon.One, Triggerbee, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar platforms is considered an advantage.
