What you will be doing
As Client Director, you are the owner of a number of our most strategic customer accounts. Your primary goal is to ensure that our existing clients thrive and continue to deepen their relationship with Avensia.
On a daily basis, you will cultivate long-term partnerships, find up-sell opportunities, and steer customer roadmaps in line with their business needs. You’ll act as a strategic advisor and escalation point, while monitoring key metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
Key responsibilities
Acting as account owner of an account and corresponding account plan, with overall accountability for the account strategy, activity prioritization, revenue and profitability plan.
Maintaining and developing key client relationships, i.e. stakeholder management and communication to ensure customer success
Identifying and promoting business opportunities to accelerate mutual revenue and margin
Conducting negotiations of current contracts in the mutual best interest of the Client and Avensia
Acting as a member of external project steering group when applicable and acting as an internal and external escalation point
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a strategic thinker and relationship builder with a passion for delivering customer value. You likely have:
A good ability to structure and plan complex customer relationships, document account plans, and lead virtual teams of experts from Avensia and/or our partners to generate business and deliver customer results
Strong business acumen as well as strong and communication, interpersonal, stakeholder and customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills
Experience from a consultancy business and delivery of complex solutions, as well as a good understanding of customer IT landscape
A curious, proactive mindset and a "get-it-done" attitude.
Fluent communication skills in English (corporate language) and Swedish.
