What you will be doing

At Avensia, the Project Manager is an important key player all the way from the initial sales meetings with our customers, through feasibility study and detail, to launch. You lead and coach a team working with high-quality e-commerce solutions for well-known customers, manage stakeholders and make sure that the project is delivered on time, with the right quality for the given budget.

Who you are

To be successful in this role we think that you should have experience from leading agile web development projects that include a large amount of customer interaction. You have have led large projects all the way from pre-sales to delivery, with full budgeting and time planning responsibility.

Required skills:

• Experience in, or an interest to learn, leading multi-cultural and multi-site projects
• Solid understanding of agile methods such as SCRUM, but also traditional frameworks (XLPM, PPS, PROPS, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and natural ability to handle the “soft” aspects of project management
• A proactive and forward-leaning mindset, with strong business understanding and the ability to translate customer needs into successful project outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English
• Background as a software developer and/or experience within e-commerce is a plus
