What you will be doing 

At Avensia the Project Manager is an important key player from the initial sales meetings with our customers, through feasibility study and detail, all the way to launch. You lead and coach a team working with high-quality e-commerce solutions for well-known customers, manage stakeholders and make sure that the project is delivered on time, with the right quality for the given budget.

Who are you

To be successful in this role we think that you should have experience from leading agile web development projects that include a large amount of customer interaction. Also, we think that you have led large projects all the way from pre-sales to delivery, with full budgeting and time planning responsibility.

Required skills: 

• Experience of, and/or an interest to learn, leading multi-cultural and multi-site projects
• Experience from agile methods such as SCRUM but also traditional project management (XLPM, PPS, Props, etc.)
• Natural ability to handle the soft aspects of project management 
• Excellent communication skills, with oral and written fluency in both Swedish and English
• Background as a software developer and/or experience within E-commerce is meriting
