Avensia is a leading expert within the field of Product Information Management and E-commerce. We supply large-scale e-commerce solutions, and we count several international and world-renowned brands as our clients. We recently opened a new office here in Cebu Business Park where we are building a Center of Excellence within our area of expertise. We aim to grow up to 100 employees by end of 2020.

Ideally, you bring the experience of working with .NET MVC architecture. You are self-motivated and like to collaborate with your colleagues across multiple continents. You are comfortable in communicating and working directly with clients and have a basic knowledge of Development methodologies like Agile or SCRUM. 

As an IT recruiter at Avensia you are involved in all parts of the recruitment process. Should work together with the Human Resources Manger and also closely with recruiting executives throughout the process. The focus of this role is to proactively seek, attract and recruit top talent in our areas of expertise, and to constantly keep our
Employer Brand in focus through active efforts and through keeping high quality throughout the entire recruitment process. The work is done primarily in Avensia Philippines.


Technical Recruitment

In cooperation with managers, define profiles, write assignment descriptions and advertisements.

Actively attract the most qualified candidates by proactively working on mapping the market and approach interesting candidates to promote Avensia as an employer.

Maintain a professional contact with candidates during the entire recruitment process

Closely coordinate with recruitment partners.

Conducts resume screening and contact and schedule candidates for interviews.

Participate in initial interviews or meet-and-greet with candidates

Evaluate candidates’ suitability, both in relation to Avensia's business needs but also according to the candidate's aspirations, expectations and potential

Handle referencing and sends Avensia Challenge to candidates (technical tests).

Assist in the contracting process

Support staff managers throughout the recruitment process

Handle documentations and updates Team Tailor and other applicant database used by Avensia Philippines.

Recruitment Process & Employer Branding

Bring in new thinking as well as challenge our search and recruitment process

Actively stay up to date of the candidate market, development and trends

Plan and participate in various external activities such as career fairs and recruitment events to spread our brand and broaden our network

Proactive improvement work on how to make Avensia an even more attractive employer and spread our brand to attract the most qualified candidates

·Contribute to our employer branding and be our ambassador both externally and internally
