Avensia is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. You will lead customer engagements across our Supply Chain practice and our Information Management business. What you will be doing

As Senior Project Manager at Avensia IM, you will lead and deliver customer projects across different areas:

• Supply Chain & Relex. As an implementation partner to Relex, you will take a leading role in end-to-end implementations for our customers. The work is strategic and highly relational: you build solid working relationships with senior customer stakeholders, lead steering committees, keep a clear head while navigating risk and complexity in multi-party projects, and ensure the right decisions are made at the right level. The customer looks to you as their main point of contact and the person who keeps the project on course.

• Information Management. You will lead PIM and MDM projects with varying scopes and durations, ranging from more focused deliveries to large, complex implementations.

The teams you lead typically include Avensia consultants, technical and business experts from Relex, and, in many cases, staff from the customer organization. Some engagements are full end-to-end delivery assignments where you own the project entirely; others are resource-consulting contexts where you step in as PM. Beyond pure project delivery, some assignments involve a lifecycle perspective where you manage ongoing development in parallel with support and maintenance.

Across all engagements, a core part of your job is establishing the structures and governance that provide the team with stability: clear scope management, proactive risk management, structured stakeholder communication, and financial oversight. You are well-versed in both sequential and agile project management, and you know how to blend the two when the work calls for it.

Who are you

To be successful in this role, we believe that you:

• Have 3–5+ years of experience managing IT implementation projects in a customer-facing consulting context, with full responsibility for scope, budget, and timeline from pre-sales to delivery

• Bring a consultative mindset and good business judgment. You understand the customer's context, read a room, and adapt your approach as conditions change. You know how to create the right environment for your team to deliver, drawing on available knowledge and support structures rather than relying on any single formula

• Have solid experience in stakeholder management at a senior level, including leading steering groups and building working relationships with Directors and C-suite representatives

• Have a background in or a good understanding of Supply Chain, sufficient to hold a qualified conversation with a customer about their challenges and what good looks like

• Experience with Relex solutions is a strong merit

• Experience from PIM and/or MDM is a merit

• Are experienced in facilitating workshops, structuring project work, and are comfortable using JIRA and SharePoint for documentation and tracking

• Communicate clearly and confidently in both Swedish and English. Swedish fluency is a requirement for this role

You will report to the Director of Delivery Excellence and be part of the Project Leader team within Avensia IM. We are a geographically distributed organization and work in a hybrid setup. That means you have real flexibility in how and where you get your work done. When it makes sense, you travel to meet colleagues at other Avensia offices or to be on-site with customers for workshops and key project milestones. We trust you to manage your time in a way that works for you, your team, and your customers.
